VIDEO: What a typical VFN Church Meeting looks like?
Each VFN church is formed around the headship of Jesus Christ, and is a place of function for the church body in regards to unity, teaching of the word of God, discipleship, encouragement, fellowship and providing for each other’s needs as each person in that fellowship functions and does its work. They are rightly related to apostolic leadership and their mission is to win the lost through church multiplication through preaching the gospel to the world, baptizing those who believe and teaching them to be disciples of Jesus Christ, then launching them into the great commission.
Each ‘related’ church is not only rightly related to apostolic leadership, but also to other churches within VFN. The individual members of a VFN Church fellowships are also joined through the virtual community with the VFN On-Line community know as “DewSpace.” The VFN Churches individually, locally, regional and national gatherings and relates in the DewSpace on line community. There are two types of churches within Vine Fellowship Network, VFN. These types are specifically determined by that church leader, or organic Church Leader, OCL. The two types of churches are related and associated churches. Related is referring to a leader who ‘has chosen’ to be rightly related to apostolic leadership which includes being personally accountable. Related leaders are ministered to and encouraged through VFN apostolic leadership as a minister in Gideon's Army. Related VFN Churches have access to all the many VFN and Gideon’s Army resources some of which are VFN TV, VFN’s on-line community known as DewSpace, teachings, on line discipleship and so much more.
The associated churches are churches that have leaders which by that leader’s choice are not related to apostolic leadership within VFN and Gideon’s Army as the ‘related church.’ Due to associated churches not being a related church, we at VFN and Gideon’s Army are not able to answer for these organic Church Leaders. VFN is not making an open statement that if a leader is not related to VFN or Gideon’s Army that it is not a healthy church. VFN is saying though we cannot give account for their leadership, Hebrews 17:13. Associated churches have access to all the many resources for the VFN Family with the exception of Gideon’s Army and the VFN on-line community known as the DewSpace. For those who desire to attend a VFN church we feel knowing if that church is a related or associated church will help them make an informed decision about their choice of VFN Churches.
The VFN Website VineFellowshipNetwork.org is used as a vital tool of connectivity for the VFN Churches by all of VFN; with members having 24/7 access to chat rooms, teachings, live web streaming, VFN TV, DewSpace and so much more. VFN TV broadcasts weekly updates/announcements, worship, apostolic teachings and so much more through VFN TV into all VFN churches, anywhere in the world, anywhere they meet and anytime they choose, for every member of VFN and so much more as long as they have internet access. VFN members are issued a user name and password of their choice when they complete the on-line membership application and this gives them access to the areas of the VFN website that are secure where VFN TV, Teachings, Worship and so much more are located.
